①Forwarding and Option Fees

  • The forwarding fee is 550 yen per package. All system usage fees etc. are included.

​*If two pieces of baggage are combined into one, they will be counted as one piece of baggage.

  • ​It costs 400yen to put your luggage into one large box. The cost of cushioning material is included. Unlike other forwarding companies, damage to items by bundling is unlikely to occur.

*Example: It costs 1200 yen to combine three packages into one large box.
*The amount of the product can be included in a box up to 50cm x 50cm x 60cm. If it cannot fit in the box, it will be placed in the next box. In that case, it will be counted as multiple packages and a forwarding fee of 550 yen per package will be charged.
*Items that do not fit in the box(50cm x 50cm x 60cm) cannot be bundled; they will be sent as one package.

  • There is no charge for storage for one month. 100 yen per package per day will be charged after one month.

  • Simple inspection of items will cost 200 yen.We will take pictures during inspection and send them to you. If there is a problem with the product, we will accept the return work for 500 yen.

  • We cannot handle packages weighing more than 30 kg. If the order is sent to our warehouse, a cancellation fee of 500 yen will be charged. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The sizes of package we can handle are as follows.

*As noted above, items larger than 50cm x 50cm x 60cm will be sent as one package. They cannot be packaged together.
